Deposits, Payments and Guarantee
Deposits - A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the baby of your choice. Deposit will be refunded only within 1 weeks time unless a baby is not available.
Payment - Payment of the remaining balance is expected in full within 1 week of your babies weaning unless prior arrangements have been made. Upon failure to make payment within specified time, the baby will be sold to the next available person at that time.
Guarantee - Great Lakes Parrot warrants that, at the time of delivery, the birds herein referenced are in good health. BUYER is encouraged to have the birds examined by a veterinarian of his/her choice within seventy-two (72) hours from the time of delivery to verify the health of the birds. If, during this 72 hour period, the birds are found to have a condition which affects their health or well-being as determined by the examining veterinarian, then upon verification of this condition to Great Lakes Parrot and upon return of the birds by BUYER to Great Lakes Parrot, Great Lakes Parrot agrees, at their sole discretion, to either refund the entire purchase price to BUYER as herein referenced (including deposit monies received) or to supply BUYER with other birds of the same species, sex (if known) and age, all costs of return and re-delivery transportation to be borne by Great Lakes Parrot.
